Mr. Advait Kurlekar is an expert in Business Strategy, Balanced Scorecard, and HR Consulting, Leading projects across sectors like BFSI, Engineering, Automotive, Retail, Pharma, FMCG, Hospitality, Media, and Advertising. With over 30 years of industry, consulting, and coaching experience, Advait has worked at Tata Motors, AF Ferguson, and PwC. He founded Upohan Management Consultants and teaches at SP Jain Global Center of Management. A Governing Council and Charter Member of TiE’s Pune chapter, he chairs its startup mentoring program. Advait holds key roles in organizations like IITBAA and SPPU Research Park Foundation, is part of TiE Pune’s Governing Council, and advises various B-schools and startup incubators. An IIT Bombay alum, he has studied at Wharton Business School.
