The All India Management Association (AIMA) serves as the voice of India's leaders and managers, acting as the apex body for management in India. With over 38,000 individual members and nearly 6,000 corporate and institutional members across 68 Local Management Associations, AIMA has been a cornerstone of India’s management profession for over 60 years. As a non-lobbying, not-for-profit organization, AIMA collaborates with industry, government, academia, and students to advance management practices in India. Represented on numerous policymaking bodies of the Government of India, AIMA offers a wide array of services, including testing, distance education, skill development and training, research, publications, executive education, and management development programs, both in-person and online.
